RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting recruitment processes of all departments in Iterative
- Working closely with the Managing Director to develop market focused recruitment strategies
- Following up the employee hiring and onboarding process
- Making suggestions on improvements to the recruitment and employer branding strategy and processes and identifying new opportunities and markets
- Actively participating in employer branding activities
- Maintain and update tools to ensure the best international recruitment practices
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience
- Agile methodology, understanding and mindset (QA’s place in it)
- At least ISTQB Foundation level
- Linux OS knowledge or experience
- Full self-sufficiency, ability to own the task from beginning to the very end
- Static testing of large functional requirement documents
- Great communication skills for close cooperation with other project stakeholders – Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, fellow QAs
- HPQC (Optional)
- Atlassian JIRA (hands-on experience, very good understanding)
- SVN/GIT for versioning
- SQL knowledge/Oracle DB (good command of queries needed in QA’s work)
