As a Technical Project Leader, you will be a glue between development, product management, customers and stakeholders, creating alignment by making sure everyone is pulling towards the same goal. It will be challenging but also a rewarding job and we’ll empower you with the decision-making. We’re looking for candidates with strong technical background that will be conducting, leading and coordinating software development activities throughout the project. It includes key design decisions for the technology, structure and configuration of the system.

Responsibilities:
- Team building and leadership
- Effective collaboration with customer, management, stakeholders, development, UX and other external dependencies
- Ensuring achievement of goals and objectives by the team
- Product planning and development
- Responsible for understanding, communicating and clarifying the customer needs
- Technical guidance
- Managing operational day-to-day relationship with customer
- Identifying future project/sales opportunities

Experience & Qualifications:
- Experienced in product development using Scrum or Kanban
- Very good English communication skills
- Strong IT background – knowledge of multiple programming languages and technologies (C++, C#, Objective-C, Java, Python)
- Degree in Software Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in project leadership/management, software architecture and software development
