We are seeking a Flash designer/developer – to be based in Polska – with excellent Actionscript 3, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript skills responsible for delivering innovative, creative online IAB-compliant ad units for leading global brands.

Core skills :

A minimum of 2 years commercial Flash experience including 2D animation (using libraries like TweenLite/TweenMax)
Experience using Flash in parsing XML and/or integrating into RESTful web services
Familiarity with object oriented programming and design patterns
An understanding of browser based Flash integration and interaction.

You will have a portfolio of at least 3 examples of IAB-compliant ad units you’ve designed and a prior digital advertising experience working for leading brands.

You will be a passionate designer who pays close attention to detail within a fast moving, exciting team-based environment. You’ll have great graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator as well as experience of CSS and – ideally – HTML5. Experience with source code management and build tools would be a plus.

Prior experience in a digital advertising or marketing agency is essential, as is experience designing beautiful, elegant IAB-compliant ad units for leading brands. You will have good oral and written communication skills, and able to organize your work to ensure deadlines are met whilst delivering ads that ooze creativity.
