Technical customer support with French language

Location: Wroclaw

Responsibilities:
French speaking technical customer service: analysis and problem solving, improvement,
Customer service best quality assurance,
Registration of queries in the system.

Requirements
If you:
Speak fluently in French and easy communicate in English,
Have 1-3 years experience in the Technical customer service or HelpDesk,
Have a higher education (technical/IT will be an advantage),
Have a good interpersonal skills and high analytical mind,
Are customer orientated and well-organized,
Have good knowledge of MS Office applications,
Would like to have a chance to gain professional experience and knowledge in the international company based in beautiful city: Wroclaw (Poland)…
