Due to continuing growth, we are recruiting Senior Java developers on a permanent employment basis, with the following skills :

- core Java
- Hibernate
- an awareness of machine learning approaches including genetic algorithms/evolutionary programming/collaborative filtering
- (ideally, though not essential) analytical and/or statistical/mathematics skills
- great communication skills (written/verbal)

The ideal candidates will be a motivated, self-starter with a passion for software engineering with excellent attention to detail, commitment to quality and a passion for clear, concise code.

The successful candidate(s) will work within a small team undertaking the development of collaborative filtering, genetic programming algorithms, web applications and RESTful web services, XML data feeds and customer-facing web applications, using the very latest Java frameworks. You’ll relish the opportunity to make your mark within a fast-paced collaborative team environment.

These roles are available based in Poland on a telecommuting/remote working basis.
