About us
Ademchic is a London-based boutique design studio for property developers. We have a great passion for selling real estate and positioning developments as differentiating and one-of-a-kind.
We are a relatively small team based in London, but we are proud to work on projects that are inspiring and great fun. We work from home, but are in constant contact with each other via Skype and Slack – we’re working remotely, yet collaborate all the time. You will never feel alone!

As a Brand/Graphic Designer at Ademchic, you will work with our team on designing new brands and wrapping them up with marketing collateral – website, brochure, hoarding, online ads, banners, etc. Every brand we design looks aspirational and unique, helping our real estate clients attract interest and sell their new homes.
We are looking for an ambitious graphic designer who has previous experience working on elegant and chic branding projects. Your are looking to create great experiences for clients, have discipline to work independently, to follow our structured delivery process and deliver within the deadline.
We are looking for someone with a “can-do” attitude. Successful candidate will show energy, passion and proactivity. High engagement and communication skills are key.
The goal for the role is to independently lead projects from start to finish. We also have a second open position – the Brand/Graphic Team Manager for candidates with experience of managing and delivering branding projects.

The Role
Initially, you will be working under Operations Director, learning about our process, our client’s expectations and getting to know the intricate details of the UK real estate industry. You will have projects that are your own, but will also be required to jump and help out on other designer’s schemes. We expect you to run your project independently, with input from business’ Director and the Creative Director, exciting the team with your cool, unusual brands and ideas. If you apply for the manager position, you will also lead a small team of 2 to deliver their projects on time, and to ensure that the quality of delivery and the style of the studio is maintained. Our own style is very important for us therefore your portfolio will play a major role in our decision making.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
-Bringing creative briefs to life with a high degree of design knowledge, with minimal direction by developing multiple branding concepts for internal and client review
-Working closely with Creative Director to assist with the execution of creative projects
-Developing brochures in InDesign, websites in WIX and branding concepts in Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign
-Developing templates, mock-ups, toolkits, and style guides
-Managing own workload and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements
-You’ll have at least 3 years of creative agency experience in a similar role
-Can perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
-You have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills
-Advanced knowledge of Adobe, WIX, SEO (experience with paid social campaigns and/or Google Ads will be a bonus)
-You are a creative thinker with the curiosity to learn new skills
-Ability to apply design knowledge (color theory, typography, grids, composition) across all channels.
-You have an ability to work independently while linking up to a larger team
-Communicating effectively with fluent written and spoken English
