For our Client, who is a values-driven company with a passion for life at home, we are looking for French speakers that want to become a Service Analyst and join their team in Warsaw. We do not demand any technical experience, we would like to share our knowledge with IT enthusiasts.

Job specification:
- Monitor all open support cases, escalate if necessary and keep the end user informed
- Receive and take ownership for all IT support needs coming in through various support channels
- Perform all daily tasks according to set processes, rules and guidelines
- Register, analyse, prioritise, assign and/or solve all in-coming cases during the agreed lead time
- Be responsible for end user communication at IT Operations and Shared Services
- Share knowledge with colleagues, i.e. by using a common knowledge database

Requirements:
- You should be social and service minded team player with an interest in IT
- Have a very good command of French and English, preferably Polish as well
- Be flexible and ready to work on weekends, bank holidays and on shifts (possible working hours 7 am – 10 pm)
- Have the ability to put the end users’ needs in focus
- Enjoy cooperation and sharing knowledge with all co-workers
