Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in Warsaw:

SEO SPECIALIST

SEO Specialist is responsible for content optimization and running SEO tools for analytics and reporting, helping to publish new pages. This role partners with our Content, Demand Generation, and Digital teams in implementing SEO best practices to grow traffic and increase conversion rates and revenue. If you are looking to grow your SEO knowledge and skillset while having a direct impact on the bottom line, this is the position for you. As part of the Global Web Team, you will also be responsible for the overall maintenance of the site from a Quality standpoint, and supporting local sites with new initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing sitemap, global pages and workflow and internal Quality Assurance tool to make sure global site is up to date with global content.
• Compiling and presenting SEO performance reports from various reporting platforms such as: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
• Usage of SEO tools (BrightEdge, SiteImprove, Google Search Console and Webmaster tool) to evaluate web pages, site audit and perform competitive analysis.
• Strategizing ways to improve site performance (ranking, bounce rate, time on site, etc.) for specific pages or sections of the site.
• Consulting based on webmaster knowledge and best practices and Google’s webmaster guidelines.
• Participation in developing self-service training material for web content managers/authors; maintaining intranet with most relevant information

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing (Web Content Management, campaign creation/support, Search Engine Optimization).
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and methodology.
• Knowledge of web analytics, Excel, and reporting methodologies.
• Knowledge of CMS systems, preferably Adobe CQ/AEM and Sharepoint.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus: JavaScript is a ++.
• Marketing automation software experience preferably.
• Fluency in English.
