Job specification:
• Act independently as one of the EMEA administrators of the Managed File Transfer Service
• Onboard EMEA application work that requires file transfer integration
• Complete new account setups for Aon employees, clients and data exchange partners
• Perform troubleshooting of file transfer issues with end users and technical staff
• Actively manage the new request queue to ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule and according to client specifications
• Support and maintain a High-Availability managed file transfer environments globally
• Maintain a good understanding of all facets of Aon’s managed file transfer
• Manage Systems Management projects and participate effectively in other IT projects
• Provide global on-call support as needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT field
• Good understanding of FTP, sFTP, AS/2, HTTPS protocols
• Good understanding of file transfer concepts (including file translation, ASCIIBinary)
• Good understanding of data security best practices (including firewalls, encryption, certificates, PII)
• Knowledge of Windows OS
• Understanding of IncidentProblem management, including oncall
• Familiarity with service request fulfillment
• Good understanding of Change Management practices
• Ability to work independently
• Strong customer service focus
• Effectively work with team members in a geographically distributed team
