Head Of Development/Java Team Lead – Wrocław

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage the team of 12 frontend and backend developers in our Professional Services team
+Analyze the technical complexity of the requirements, estimate the effort and come up with implementation strategy of the new features
+Be responsible for the architecture of both backend (Java) and frontend (web) parts of one of our systems
+Support and mentor frontend and backend developers to help them deliver well-performing, secure and clean code in an effective manner
+Cooperate with other stakeholders and technical team leaders regarding planning process and company-wide software development strategy

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

It is definitely you we’re looking for, if you possess:

+Strong communication and team management skills
5 years of professional software development experience
+Experience and broad knowledge related to Java and web development, including: HTTP, security, database modeling and web, backend and database performance, code version control (preferably Git), Webservices and APIs.
+Experience with frontend technologies/areas: Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, browser interoperability, responsive web design +Excellent self-organization and self-motivation +Full working proficiency in English +Enthusiasm for e-Commerce, online solutions and related technologies
