Profile Description:
A person employed on this position will be mainly responsible for providing KPI reports, OSS service reports. His duties will also include monitoring availability of E2E data, which is necessary to produce reports for customer and CoE.

Your Profile:
• Diploma related to Computer Science, Telecommunication, electronic or in similar field of education
• Very good knowledge of database management (eg. Oracle, data analysis and KPI calculation)
• Depth knowledge of SW development, Excel and Ms Access
• Experienced in support environment
• Fluent English spoken and written (Knowledge of German is an advantage)
• Very good communication and documentation skills
• Problem solving skills and able to work independently
