Business Office Analyst

Description

Job Purpose:
To provide support for the Management Team through running key reporting and management control processes.
Job Background/context:
This position provides support to the EMEA Technology Senior Management Team and to the wider EMEA functions operating in over 50 countries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on the collation, analysis and generation of detailed management information reporting;
• Contribute to key business reporting processes such as automation, centralization and operations report generation;
• Assist in the management of Communications processes such as weekly email updates, regional communications and organisational announcements;
• Assist with Employee and Customer Satisfaction processes such as surveys, action planning, Open Forum meetings, Town Hall meetings,;
• Assist in driving best practices through an innovative and proactive approach to optimising processes;
• Contribute to the Business Office and the wider organisation’s Controls objectives;
• Contribute to tactical and strategic initiatives such as implementing a new process, tool or Operations/KPI/report;
• Manage regular or ad hoc requests in terms of liaison with stakeholders, tracking and reporting progress;
• Help ensure information relating to the Business Office and the wider organization is kept current, applicable and available through efficient use of Intranet and SharePoint sites.

Knowledge/Experience:
• Proven experience in a process driven environment;
• Experience in management reporting, data analysis and automation will be beneficial;
• Experience in compiling, analysing and reporting data and information;
• Ability to manage concurrent activities with short term deadlines and changing priorities.
• High level of proficiency with all MS Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
• Medium to high level of proficiency with Visual Basic for MS Applications;
• Data analysis, planning, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills;
• Strong communication and influencing skills;
• Attention to detail and strong process & business focus;
• Fluent in English.
