Swing Development, a company based in San Francisco with office in Warsaw, focusing on partnering with top Venture Capitals in Silicon Valley to help their portfolio companies move forward with their products, is looking for User Interface and Visual Designer

What will you be doing?

• You will be helping create projects that can change industries. Product you design will be surely featured on TechCrunch. Many will be featured on App Store and some will become the Next Big Thing.

• You will have huge creative freedom and ability to influence the project, so you will take ownership and responsibility for what you do.

• You will work with your friends in Poland as well as directly with engineers, designers and product managers from San Francisco.

• You will be working hard hand to hand with a bunch of best developers and designers.

Required:

• Well-rounded person that is able to translate business requirements to amazing user experience.
• Skills to turn the UX/UI designs into beautiful visual designs.
• Attention to details, ability to make quick mocks as well as pixel-perfect design.
• Discipline regarding preparing screens based on templates: same margins, fonts, colors
everywhere ;)
• Good command of English. Sense of humour.
• Nice to have: experience with preparing assets for web and mobile developers.
• Nice to have: experience with designs for mobile operating system, knowing their limits and
specific use cases.
• Nice to have: experience with branding and logo design.
