Key skills & requirements for this position:

• 2+ years of general Business Analysis
• Experience in system analyses including but not limited to case management, campaign management and workflows
• Scrum or Agile methodology experience highly desirable
• Competency in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reports
• Very good written and spoken English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
