For our Client, leading provider of the revolutionizing audio and video digital solutions for the global media and art industry, we are seeking for the aforementioned specialist.

Responsibilities:
• Manning the reseller and end user telephone system
• Administrating the International Customer database by entering and verifying registrations
• Accurately log customer calls into the customer support SuperLogit database
• Obtain a moderate overall product knowledge
• Provision of detailed bug reports for the Engineering bug-fix process
• Stay up to date on current bugs, know work arounds and documentation of such bugs
• Ownership and responsibility for the pursuit of bugs and functional issues by using company’s resources within the International Technical Support Team, with assistance from the European Customer Support and European Application Engineer Manager where appropriate
• Reporting of unresolved customer issues to the European Customer Support Manager
• Provision of customer education
• Minor technical troubleshooting and maintenance on our products, on site where appropriate
• Obtain a basic knowledge of the music, film and video industries

Requirements:
• Written and verbal communication skills in the German/Franch/Spanish (B2+) and English language (B2+)
• Knowledge of Mac OS or Windows XP
• Good team player with both adaptability and flexibility
• Must have initiative, good judgment and be self-motivated
• Developed communication and training skills
• Sensitivity to customer issues and requirements
• Strong organisational skills, ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
• Experience with audio/video editing software or computer networks
• Strong IT knowledge is a plus
