Awesome Industries from center of Cracow is looking for Senior Computer Vision Engineer

Description:
Developing Image/Video Processing, 3D processing, Computer Vision and Machine Learning Algorithms. The candidate will work on computer vision research while performing product development for the next generation immersive products.

Work often involves analog and digital hardware and real-time operating systems. Position requires knowledge and exposure to hardware design. Typically programs in C, C++, Matlab, Python, OpenCV, PCL, CUDA etc.

Responsibilities:
- Algorithm research and development (C++, C, Python)
- Collaborate with team to build optimal solutions and new ideas that improve the user experience
- Prototype solutions for proof of concept, and develop and deliver solutions for the product
- Analyzes design and determines coding, programming, and integration activities required based on specific objectives and established project guidelines.
- Executes and writes portions of testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs issues with code and suggests changes or improvements
- Participates as a member of project team of other firmware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for assigned systems portion or subsystem
- Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners regarding design status, project progress, and issue resolution

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Required: Masters in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Preferred : Doctorate, Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering + minimum 0-2 years of relevant work experience

Knowledge and Skills
- Computer vision algorithm development and optimization with CPU, DSP or GPU
- Depth sensing
- Machine learning
- Statistics and data analysis
- C, C++, Python, CUDA, OpenCV
- Industry API, SDK experience
- Good communications skills
- Must have relevant industry work experience
