• Design of web application and understanding of the technical implementation from functional brief
• Ability to write functional and technical documentation
• Ability to guide project from technical POV and overview entire development cycle
• Development of web, desktop and service application based on .NET technology
• Design and Development of Database based on MS SQL 2005+
• Ability to cooperate with creative/account/project manager and support for R&D, proof of concept and to creative technology ideas development
• Manage roll-out of application from System and Software Engineering POV
• Support to manage vendors and team member

Professional skills:
• Very strong .NET C# 3.5, ASPX, web architecture,WPF, Silverlight, Linq
• Very strong in Web Engineering [HTML, CSS 2.0, Javascript + JQUERY, XML and RIA principle]
• Very strong in using Microsoft development tools [VS2008, SQL 2005]
• TSQL development, Database design and optimization
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft OS [Win 2003, Win 2008, Win 7] especially for development
• Very Good understanding of Flash Technology
• Flash development knowledge is a strong plus
• Very good knowledge of Mobile development
