For our Client, a global leading company specializing in technology support, we are looking for Incident (Technical Account) Manager.

Job specification:
• Providing world-class post-sales technical support to designated major named accounts
• Working with named account on problem and incident tickets
• Supporting a limited number of major or named accounts (premium service level)
• Providing technical account management
• Supporting named accounts in the area of escalated support issues or critical customer situations
• Chairing weekly, monthly and quarterly calls and travelling to annual and certain meetings with customers and to company trainings
• Providing expert systems design, recommendations, and configurations
• Reproducing customer issues to verify problems and documenting steps to replicate for Support, Engineering and Operations teams
• Working directly with other teams: Support Escalations/Operations and Engineering team on opening requests with all required diagnostic information
• Performing in-depth diagnostics and troubleshooting using networking tools
• Supporting customers with testing or troubleshooting of networking or cloud service issues
• Maintaining ticket database, logging issues and customer interactions
• Acting as a client`s cloud services expert

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as Support Engineer/ Senior Support Engineer
• Practical knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure and experience in providing support for networking or web security products
• Practical knowledge of network security, authentication systems such as LDAP, MS AD etc., protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS
• Experience in working with operating systems such as Linux, Unix and Free BSD, based OS
• Skills in the area of Apache and IIS Web Server administration
ITIL Certificate/Prince2 Certificate would be an advantage
• Very good communication skills in English (both: verbal and written)
• Skills in the area of chairing and comfortable leading customer discussions and meetings
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent advanced industry certifications
