ETL Developer
Location: Cracow

Key Accountabilities: Strong ETL development experience, using market leading ETL tools i.e. EDM, Data Stage, etc. Strong SQL knowledge and experience Strong data modelling experience Have extensive experience in large data and migration related projects Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of problem solving, working in teams and with external vendors. Experienced in delivering migration projects Experienced with operating in a global regulatory environment, would be beneficial Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities. Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Good communication skills Proven capability as a ETL Developer working in a large complex projects

Requirements: Development of technical specifications and key documentation. The development of the ETL solution aligned to the agreed solution design. The documentation, development and execution of all unit and component testing. Analyze test results to correctly align development efforts with problem areas. Work with the data analysts to understand data structures and required mapping strategies Interface with internal and external systems resources to enable the end to end connectivity and an integrated approach; The execution of data extracts and batch scheduling Work closely with analysts, project managers and solution architects to establish migration project plans, timelines and solutions designs Proactively manage outputs and ensure timely escalation of issues and risks to the project manager. Support project testing and change management areas.
