For our Client, leading provider of advanced end-to-end solutions and services in data warehousing, big data analytics, and marketing applications. We are seeking for Managed Service Consultant

Job specification:
•Perform DBA related tasks in key areas of System Administration, Database Administration, Backup, Archive & Restore Management, Performance Management & Reporting
•Maintain the Database and IT infrastructure of our customers
•Support and monitor ETL jobs
•Perform error tracking and handling

Requirements:
•Some experience with database and OS administration
•Advanced Linux/UNIX and SQL knowledge
•Willingness to relocate and work from Prague, Czech Republic
•Advanced English
•EU Citizenship

Additional requirements:
•Understanding of and interest in DWH architecture and ETL concepts
•Experience with database systems such as Teradata, Oracle, DB2 or MSSQL in similar position
•Understanding of data archive/restore processes and policies
•Good at error handling and issue tracking
•Knowledge of any other European language is a plus (e.g. French, German, Russian, etc.)
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Self-directed and keen on learning
•Experienced in customer interactions
•Strong problem solving skills and optimization techniques
•Team player
