For our Client – worldwide leader providing software for the service and online booking in travel industry we are currently seeking for specialists for the position of Operations Support Engineer in Warsaw, willing to develop in interesting and international company.

Job specification:
•Planning and coordinating Product releases rollout on the different platforms
•Planning and coordinating client data loads and deployments
•Coordinating activities in order to ensure deliveries on target dates
•Providing accurate and in time information to all teams involved or dependent of releasing process
•Respecting releasing processes and procedures, maintaining them and seeking for improvements
•Proposing standard automation tools for deployment, monitoring, alerting
•Analyzing internal requirements for development of new or improvement of existing internal tools
•Designing technical solutions and performing feasibility studies, writing procedures for support
•Being able to produce KPIs on server activities, support, etc.
•Enhancing and standardizing the support and incidents reporting processes
•Providing first level support to the team in case of any network or system problem on internal platforms
