For our Client, leading global advisor on the topics of risk and people, we are looking for Problem Manager.

Job specification:
• Executing the Problem Management process tasks in adherence with global and local requirements
• Leading implementation of standard execution of the Problem Management process
• Taking care of delivery of Root Cause Analysis and problem resolution within given target duration
• Reporting to the Problem Management Global Process Owner
• Coordinating problem resolution and taking care of delivery of necessary reports
• Taking care of reporting Problem Management KPIs and meeting their targets
• Taking care of quality of Known Error record and the Knowledge Database
• Escalating risks and issues and reporting them to the Problem Management Regional Process Owner
• Cooperating with the Problem Management Global and Regional Process Owners
• Cooperating with service providers, vendors, third parties on the field of timely problem resolution and contractual fulfillment
• Providing Post Resolution Review of key problems and supporting Service Delivery Manager
• Building awareness of a Problem Control Process across engaged parties
• Performing as a Problem Management Process Expert

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information system or equivalent
• Above 5 years of experience in Problem or Project Management
• Practical knowledge of ITIL V3 in the field of Incident, Problem and Change Management ( ITIL V3 certificate)
• Practical knowledge of tools: BMC Remedy, Service Now
• Ability to lead problem management processes
• Ability to manage problem review meetings and track the closure of root cause analysis
• Ability to fix problems in different infrastructure domains: network or distributed, mainframe platforms
• Having strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems with urgency
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Ability to work independently as well as in team
