For our Client, leading global advisor on the topics of risk and people, we are seeking for Incident Manager.

Job specification:
• Leading restoration process in an urgent and efficient way
• Providing well-timed communication with stakeholders
• Providing consistent protocol in the area of creating incident diagnostics and resolution
• Managing vendors in order to provide appropriate support
• Managing and coordinating recovery actions
• Providing service availability and restoration
• Estimating key performance indicators and reporting appropriate incident metrics
• Coaching/mentoring other incident managers
• Cooperating with other teams to look for improvement opportunities and provide success of the Incident Management process
• Managing very demanding/stressful situations

Requirements:
• Experience on the field of management and technology leadership
• Experience in working in a global business environment
• Background in the area of Service Management or Infrastructure
• Knowledge of frameworks (i.e., ITIL)
• Practical knowledge of technologies like Windows/Unix platforms, voice and data networks, LAN/WAN, security infrastructure, etc.
• Experience in IT service delivery and dealing with third party vendors
• Having strong analytical skills and focusing on the process
• Ability to solve problems quickly
• Focusing on delivering results
