Qualifications

– University degree in computer science; – Minimum 3 years of experience on Team Lead or Senior position; – 2+ years experience required leading IT solution or quality delivery; – 2+ years experience managing both people and projects; – Experience implementing and driving software QA initiatives; – Ability to resolve reported issues, develop effective test cases and perform quality testing; – Knowledge of system design concepts and software development life cycle; – Experienced with managing distributed multi-functional teams; – Ability to diagnose technical software issues; – Experience with bug trackers and software like JIRA, Confluence, Git; – Familiar with business analysis and software requirements development; – Familiar with authoring training materials and documentation; – English fluent.

Duties

– Performing – Smoke Testing; – Regression Testing, Unit Testing, Acceptance Testing, Functional Testing; – Web Application Software Performance, Usability Testing, Security Testing; – Daily managing test team; – Distributing responsibilities and tasks for the team; – Test Automation – RubyMine – key point; – Keeping Release Notes and documentation up to date; – Ability to organize own time; – Ability to lead and work in a team; – Ability to solve problems independently; – Responsibility , diligence , accuracy and commitment.
