About us

Capgemini Infrastructure Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. IS has achieved great success and grown rapidly since the establishment of our first service center in Krakow in 2004. In 2006, we opened a second center in Katowice and in 2012 a third center in Opole. Today, our team of 2,000 professionals delivers IT outsourcing services to 40 clients in 20 languages.

Job description

• ICA/CR (Intercompany Agreements/Change Requests) process coordination – Single Point of Contact for all documents raised for existing and new Clients
• Cooperating closely with individuals engaged in the process (Company’s top management) and various Capgemini Business Units
• Regular preparation of financial reports
• Raising monthly manual invoices
• Costs analysis
• Timesheet control
• New cost code set up
• GL activities (reconciliations and analysis)
Preparing ad-hoc analyses and reports

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• University graduated (technical, mathematics or economics)
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Good analytical skills
• Systematic, well organized, focused on details
• Commitment and ownership attitude
• Capable to work in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work in finance controlling area
