Main accountabilities

• Supporting current recruitment department tasks and processes
• Inserting candidates’ applications into a system
• Prescreening and re-assigning candidates’ applications to relevant recruiter
• Scheduling phone interviews with candidates
• Posting job advertisements at the universities and on external websites
• Reporting

Candidate’s profile

• Very good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of French or German would be an asset
• Attention to details
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork aproach
• MS Office skills
