Mission:

- Lead the programming efforts in a small team environment
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and producers to write robust and flexible systems
- Creation of technical documentation
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code in accordance with design and technical documentation
- Help to guide architecture and framework decisions with an informed technical strategy
- Check team developers code and give them advice when needed
- Debugging and code optimizations
- Proposing own solutions to increase productivity of the platform and to simplify the architecture

Required skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in creating games/apps with C++
- Experience in creating project documentation
- Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet team deadlines
- Good English skills
- Experience with Marmalade framework as a plus
- Knowledge of Unity3D will be an additional advantage
