IT PROJECT MANAGER SAP WITH GERMAN
Location: Hamburg

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented Project Manager for several SAP implementation projects within different localizations in Europe. The IT Project Manager will be a part of IT department, reports directly to the Head of IT Department and leads teams to deliver business value through the identification and successful delivery of business and IT projects. The PM is responsible for managing projects and service requests that are relevant to business areas, and ensuring cross functional integration and impacts are considered.

Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in Project Management
• SAP understanding needed , preferably SAP consultant background (SAP implementation)
• AGILE methodology
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical staffs, as well as with cross business/region staffs
• Ability to create, track, and manage a project plan and schedule from project initiation to project completion for moderate to complex projects
• Ability to create and manage a project budget
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to think critically and anticipate changes in the business environment; proactively seek appropriate solutions to meet business demands
• Ability to contribute to, as well as create, business cases for technology solutions
• Ability to influence and suggest process improvements at all levels of the organization, often without direct authority over resources
• Negotiation skills
• Interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all organizational levels. Ability to prepare and conduct formal presentations
• Excellent English and German language skills
• Willingness to travel
