HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Based: London
The role
You will champion, develop and manage the Human Resources function, providing guidance and support to management and employees. Working closely with the key stakeholders you will define and implement the HR strategy, systems, procedures and policies across multiple locations. You’ll:
• Formulate and implement the HR strategy and operational activities that meet and support the business requirements
• Provide HR support, guidance and advice to the business in order to assist them deliver their objectives through various HR activities
• Develop and implement appropriate HR policies and procedures across the companies; ensure the company remains compliant with relevant legislation.
• Develop, in conjunction with senior management, an appropriate organisational culture that engenders efficiency, communication, job satisfaction, growth and development
• Develop, formulate and manage the compensation and benefits policies based on effective resource planning, job analysis and market research in order to motivate and retain a quality workforce
• Responsible for all aspects of resourcing including developing recruitment strategies, employer branding, advising on selection methods and appropriate salary levels
• Provision of employee relations advice and support to line managers and employees on issues including performance, absence, discipline and grievance
• Develop and deliver training and development programmes to support the growth of individuals and address business needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact on all queries pertaining to HR issues
• Manage the on-boarding, documentation and induction process for all new employees

You’ll have:
• Relevant Human Resources Management qualification, ideally CIPD qualified
• Solid HR background both strategic and operational
• Effective project management skills coupled with strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of UK and international employment law
• A high degree of business awareness and commercial acumen
• Excellent IT skills
• Ability to deliver results within set deadlines
