Job specification:
• Providing and operating IT Storage infrastructure services for various applications and customers
• Managing incidents and problems and reporting them to the Storage manager
• Providing best customer experience on service performance
• Performing trouble shooting and problem analysis
• Identifying root cause and providing customer feedback through appropriate channels
• Engaging with the vendors to resolve issues on Storage systems

Requirements:
• Higher education
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in EMC environment (VMAX, VNX, Celerra, Data Domain backup, etc.)
• Knowledge of Cisco SAN MDS Switch, Brocade SAN Switch and ITIL
• Understanding of IT-Service Management (example ISO20000)
• Knowledge of HDS VSP,USP-V AMS and HUS platforms
• Deep understanding of SOX and security regulations
• Very good English skills, both written and verbal
