Job description
Currently we are looking for VMware Engineer who will be responsible for L3 support. It means that this person will be involved in problem determination and fix in cooperation with other technical teams and/or external hardware/software providers.

Additionally VMware Engineer will be engaged in professional service planning, design, implementation and support of enterprise VMware environments within European countries.

Candidate’s profile

• Strong VMware vSphere administration knowledge including vCenter Site Recovery Manager, vCloud Automation Center
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis on VMware and hardware levels
• Above average knowledge in HP C7000, Cisco UCS, Dell, NetApp configuration and management
• Act as subject matter expert on virtualization design, policy, implementation, analysis, and support
• Very good communication skills, exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand problems and create a remediation process
• VMware certification would be an advantage
