Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

Senior System Engineer with German

Location: Lodz, Poland

Key responsibilities: Technical lead of incident, problem solving and change management Provide L2 application operations in winNT environment and performing off-hour’s maintenance Application monitoring, reporting health of app and availability Lead customer contact for all troubleshooting unplanned outages Ensure escalation & follow-up with L1, L3 teams and vendor Provide service to issues reported through the ticketing tool Attend to client meetings and workshops Performing App migration and upgrade activities Continuously provide status and updates on problems at client’s request or according to severity guidelines Implement SIPs Manage knowledge base, knowledge sharing & documentation for quick references

Requirements: Proficiency in English and German 2-5 years hands-on troubleshooting experience Experience in managing WinNT based applications Knowledge of technical standards Knowledge of Infrastructure process standards like ITIL, BS15000 Strong analytical & problem solving skills
