BrowseLabs is looking to add an experienced Media Buyer to its Krakow, Poland office. The primary job will consist of executing large scale (multi-million dollar) internet marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and facilitate in the Company’s revenue growth. You will be directly responsible for Campaign Creation, Management and Optimization on a variety of ad platforms, including Google Adwords, Google Content Network (GDN), Facebook Advertising, Display/Banner Media Buys and various ad networks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Creating and managing hundreds of ad campaigns and creatives monthly
• Optimizing creatives, ad copy and landing pages to achieve desired CPA goals
• Communicating daily with internal team and media sources
• Campaign and data Analyzation
• Executing Business Intelligence using a wide array of internal tools
• Working with multiple ad platforms, ad servers and tracking systems

Required Skills/Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Media Buying Experience (Display, Search or Social).
• Experience with CPM, CPC, CPL and CPA buying models.
• Highly proficient in excel, with ability to create pivot tables, develop models and manage vast amounts of data.
• Experience in campaign optimization, including A/B testing and split testing creatives and landing pages.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to write ad copy in English
• Extensive experience in optimizing campaign bids, creatives, ad copy, ad placement, keywords and headlines.
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience with ad servers (Dart, Microsoft Adtech, Zedo, etc)
• Prior experience with conversion tracking (Cake, Hasoffers, HitPath)
• Prior experience with CPA (Cost Per Action) Internet Marketing
• Prior experience with Photoshop
• Prior experience with HTML and HTML Editors (Sublime Text, Coda, Etc)
