Currently, for our Client – big consulting company – we are looking for Project Manager willing to work in Business Transformation Services Department located in Lodz.

Job specification:
• Providing process expertise and advising clients in relevant areas (finance and accounting, sales and fulfillment, sourcing and procurement)
• Defining and designing world-class processes and solutions
• Leading the design of service offerings and projects in the respective domain
• Managing and guiding a team of resources (depending on scale) during engagements, monitoring progress, keeping all stakeholders informed, and taking ownership of deliverables
• Assuring high quality and efficiency of projects / assignments according to project management standards
• Providing project evaluation and assessment to all stakeholders
• Working with consultants / sales force in other geographies to identify prospective clients, understand client requirements and present solutions to clients
• Leading / supporting go-to-market activities for their service – (continuous update of toolkits, creation of marketing collateral) and supporting participation in marketing events

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 year of professional experience as a consultant / project manager in multicultural organizations
• Experience in the areas of business process re-engineering, process design, organizational transformation, and change management
• Fluency in English, German or Russian (knowledge of any other European language would be an asset)
• Experience in SSC / BPO or consulting environment
• PMI or Six Sigma certification will be an asset
• Goal-oriented and proactive
