Job Description:
Successful candidate will join the team in Kraków into the company from banking sector.

Main tasks:
Providing full scope of the day to day Production Support service including resolution of the live incidents as well as post-resolution problem management activities
Providing technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems
Installation of the new software releases provided by the vendor
Implementation of the locally developed solutions (Script Shell, Java)
Support of the various testing activities related to the new implementations

Requirements:
Advanced Unix/Linux system administration skills (commands, shell scripting, vi editor) supported by at least 3 years experience
Strong experience in supporting complex and integrated application environments, primarily based on Oracle and/or SQL relational databases
Knowledge in the following technologies would be an advantage: CFT, Connect Direct, Java, MQ Series
Experience with highly complex system implementations and organizational processes
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Ablility to work under time pressure, and to multitask
Availability to work shifts and on-call
Fluency in English

Optional skills:
Knowledge of French is an advantage
Experience in banking, especially in Payments is an advantage
