Job specification:
• Managing medium size and complex size projects in all aspects (incl. communication, requirements/scope management, schedule and budget control, risk, change management, monitoring and assuring quality, resolving project issues, taking corrective actions, etc).
• Defining, documenting and safely executing medium/complex size projects, directing and counseling project team members and advising clients/users as necessary on all phases
• Tracking and communicating project’s progress from a task, time, schedule, and cost perspective
• Ensuring that own projects are formally open/closed and where appropriate, subsequently reviewed
• Conducting projects according to project management standards and methodologies
• Controlling development, testing, training, and appraisal system for project staff
• Project’s status reporting to steering board

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of working experience on a similar position in IT sector
• Knowledge of Project Management standards: PRINCE2, PMI (PMP certificate will be an advantage), SCRUM (Professional Scrum Master certificate will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of software development methodology
• Experience in IT industry
• Work experience in international corporations
• Willingness to work in a changing environment
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Very good presentation skills
• Fluent English
