Job specification

• Providing technical support on systems used as commodity service for multiple Client customers
• Proactive management and troubleshooting in case of fault
• Ensuring that the service meets or exceeds the established Service Level Agreements and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix System
• Experience in Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, BSD, SCO
• Knowledge about Nagios or monitoring application is a plus
• Good knowledge of French
• Communicative knowledge of English
