Summary:
Business Analysts work together with product management and development organizations on one side and with customers on the other to deliver Apriso applications to the market.

We are seeking seasoned, dynamic professionals who understand collaborative manufacturing and supply chain execution aspects across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible for requirements analysis and specification, conceptual design, validation and global launch of Apriso Products
 Managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
 Specifying market requirements for current and future products or their subsets by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
 Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Research and Development and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product design, and market positioning
 Being instrumental with product launch by assisting in construction of training material, marketing material, internal and external presentations
 Travel within Europe and overseas (10% or less)

Key Requirements:
 Strong analytical and product management skills: must be able to use knowledge and experience to create complete and accurate functional specifications based on customer requirements
 Demonstrated problem solving ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with diverse groups
 Familiarity with Project Management principles
 Understanding of possibilities and constraints of the following software development tools and environments: C#, .NET, HTML, Web Services, XML – programming background is a plus
 Knowledge of MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases
 Experience in implementation or testing of manufacturing execution, planning or optimization systems is a plus

Education:
• Master’s degree in the related field, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
• Fluent English (speaking and writing)
