Technical documentation specialist, Berlin

Your responsibilities:

Person of contact during implementation phases and ongoing operations writing, editing and improving technical documentation of our software and platform tutorials, reference manuals, charts, user guides and UMLs collecting information from users, developers, stakeholders, departments, product managers and management to define technical and non-technical processes and procedures designing a common format for the documentation & guidelines, revising existing documentation accordingly creating an overview and project plan for the documentation process evaluate tools and methods for the documentation process

Requirements:

2+ years experience in a similar environment Fast apprahension and very good skills of analysus for the comprehension of complex contexts Team player with a hands-on mentality Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) Excellent initiative and desire for responsibility Experience with e-commerce processes (Logistics/Payments) advantageous deep knowledge of UML, ARIS or similar is a plus ability to write precise, clear and comprehensive documentation on different levels of technical knowledge ability to gather complex structures and processes very fast within tight deadlines Our offer: Opportunities for advancement – independence, and the opportunity to take on responsibility interesting projects with newest technology and known customers Working in a joung and dynamic team attractive salary Working in a great city – Berlin
