Job specification:
• Analysis of requirements and business needs of customers from EU
• Technical management of the development team day-to-day tasks using SCRUM methodology
• Estimating software development effort and reporting follow up to project manager
• Driving framework based projects implementation and promoting best practices and reuse within projects
• Software design and implementation using C++ programming language

Required:
• At least 5 years of industry grade experience in C++ programming
• Very good knowledge of OOP software architecture and design patterns
• Very good knowledge of Linux based programming (gcc toolchain and bash scripting)
• Very good knowledge of the Qt framework (boost is a plus)
• Very good knowledge of git configuration management system
• Previous experience in a team leading role (mentoring team members, assigning technical tasks, controlling project quality using continuous integration techniques and tools)
• Good command of English

Nice to have:
• Experience working in an Agile SCRUM team with JIRA
• Experience with continuous integration and C++ static analysis tools
• Experience working with unit tests frameworks and associated metrics
• Experience in Java/J2EE programming
• Experience in mobile devices programming (iOS, Android, WP8)
• Good French language level
