Job Description:
• Conducting CMMI ML3 certification at GDC Wrocław
• Quality management in IT projects according to CMMI, ISO and other required standards
• Optimization of existing processes and creating new solutions to improve the quality and work efficiency
• All aspects of project management for medium size/complexity project (incl. risk, change management, planning, tracking etc)
• Defining, documenting and safely executing of medium size projects, directing and counseling project team members, and advising clients/users as necessary on all phases.
• Ensuring that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed.

Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of project management and software development methodologies e.g. RUP, Agile, PRINCE II, PMI (certificates will be an advantage)
• Working knowledge of CMMI (internal assessor certificate will be an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as Quality Manager or in a similar position
• Experience in process definitione
• Experience in IT industry
• Knowledge of UML
• Willingness to work in a changing environment
• Fluent English
• German or French will be an advantage
