PHP Web Developer for a Digital Media Company

We are looking for an experienced PHP developer who is mainly good at front-end but also has an understanding of back-end systems.
Our company is called BA Entertainment Ltd (it is a UK company) and it owns sports media and betting-prediction websites that operate in Turkey (in Turkish language). The job is the maintenance and further development of these two websites:

Both sites are in Turkish and they have a basic structure of their own. The first one is a betting advice site with 4 million unique visitors per month. It has a CMS to enter content and manage advertisements. It has some data features as well but these are very primitive at the moment. This one also has a mobile site, an Iphone app and about to have an Android app. Second site is a media site with videos, image galleries and articles.
There is no ticketing system or development structure so it would be nice if this person has some experience with Redmine or Jira (I prefer Redmine). Everything is, needless to say, PHP/MySQL. We will extend the number of developers from 1 to 2 quickly.
Workplace – We have a small office at Korfantego 2 in Katowice. Alternatively, the developer can work from home for the beginning but he/she must be around Katowice so we can frequently meet and discuss the development.
From the income perspective: The developer will invoice a UK company (BA Entertainment Ltd) and have a work contract with that same company, so it will be a full-time job based on a contract but not full-time employment in Poland, since there is no Polish company. If full-time employment in Poland is required, however, we have the means to do it but it is not desired at this point by us. Salary range between 1500-2500 EUR per month depending on experience and skills. It is not a short term deal and we would like to have this person full time (40 hours per week).
Qualifications:
- PHP, MySQL
- Must speak and write fluently in English (Turkish knowledge is not needed at all)
- Experience in high-traffic website management
- Experience in Redmine or Jira based development
- Experience in scrum and in general familiar with agile development
- Knowledge of betting and sports (especially football) is a plus
Since there will be the only developer at least for the beginning, we want someone who is experienced and who can be a firefighter when needed. He must want to have a relaxed environment to work with a stable income but ambition is required as well – we will keep growing and developing so there will be more people joining us.
