Project Manager (International Research and Development Center)
Workplace: Katowice

Currently, we are looking for Consultant who will carry out a project for our Client, which is the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation. Their products, software and services carry brands recognized globally for quality, innovation and performance.

Main tasks:
• Manage development of embedded projects
• Managing metrics, doing analysis
• Product planning and development
• Collaborate with developers, engineers
• Understand, clarify and communicate effectively project’s needs
• Highlight areas for improvement and implement these changes

Requirements:
• Technical and engineering background (education, experience)
• Experience in lifecycle processes development
• Experience in leading IT projects (ideally embedded projects)
• Agile project management competences
• Competences in project management: ability to manage the metrics, to do the analysis, etc.
• Very good knowledge of English
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Very good soft skills
• Interest in automatics, control is a plus
