Currently, for our Client we are looking for a Candidate to be a part of the central Customer Technology (CT) support team in Kraków.

Job specification:
• Providing 3rd level quality support to internal and external customers during or outside business hours.
• Leading the incident, problem and defect management for multiple Client’s automation products on an EMEA level
• Developing internal training material for the Client’s automation products under your responsibility
• Lead initiatives to improve the quality of the automation products and the associated product support
• Working in close collaboration with the regional CT Support, CT Field, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams
• Software testing

Requirements:
• Fluent English
• German or French or Italian language skills are also required
• Experienced with XML (preferably SOAP) coding or troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
• Good understanding of MS SharePoint Administration
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure environments: hardware, software, middleware, virtualization
• Experienced in commercial and international environment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to work in Warsaw during first 6 – 8 months and afterwards move to Cracow
