Currently for our Client, the international IT company, we are looking for IT Capacity Planner/Manager, who will be responsible for the monitoring of capacity issues and ensuring that services meet quality standards and SLA.

Job specification:
• Monitoring capacity requirements and usage of IT infrastructure and services
• Identifying and planning current and future capacity requirements
• Ensuring that IT capacity demand from clients are properly captured
• Preparing capacity analyses and plans to support projects
• Providing advices to help other departments with optimizing their resources
• Ensuring that all capacity issues are communicated in a timely and efficient manner
• Writing formal proposals and justification documents for capacity recommendations

Requirements:
• University degree in IT Discipline or equivalent in years of progressive experience in IT environment
• Previous experience in IT Capacity Planner/Analyst role or past analytics background is a plus
• In depth knowledge of the technical limitations that impact performance and capacity
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with senior level business partners and with the customers
• Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups
• With general methodical and disciplined approach to work
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Tools
• Very good English skills (at least B2 level)
• Ability to speak German/French/Dutch would be an advantage
