Senior Creative Designer

For our Client, one of the biggest and well-known Shared Service company we are looking for experienced and talented Graphic Designers to work in a new projects of Creative Design Services.

Responsibilities:
• design work to the client’s business needs,
• influences clients to choose an effective design and deliverable solution within budget requirements,
• facilitates project meetings and positive discussions relating to appropriate graphics methods/techniques to meet project requirements,
• successfully negotiates project deadlines to create timelines, determines project scope to define cost estimates, and schedule changes for client approval.

Requirements:
• BA or MA degree, preferably in Graphic Design or related or relevant work experience,
• at least 5 years of experience in graphic role,
• good experience with tools: Adobe Creative Suite software, Flash, Dreamweaver,
• knowledge of HTML/CSS, Javascript and other client-side scripting languages,
• proficiency in MS Office,
• advanced knowledge for troubleshooting technical issues in graphic files for pre-press and printing – linking graphics, including fonts and creating color separations,
• fundamental knowledge for troubleshooting technical issues in electronic files for web and on screen viewing – graphic linking, file size, venue execution,
• develops best practices utilizing “state-of-the-art” techniques, equipment, and advancements within the design community.
• assists in establishing vendor lists, develops and maintains vendor relationships, and works with external vendors regarding the coordination of production for external products and services.
• raises awareness and supports firm brand,
• excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, and persuade,
• excellent English skills.
