For our Client, international IT/BPO company located in Wroclaw we are looking for German speaking candidates who wants to work with technical support.

Job description:
• Handling customer calls,
• Troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements:
• Fluent German language skills and very good English skills,
• 1-2 years of experience on similar position,
• Knowledge of various Windows Operating Systems, Web Browser, Media Playback Application & Firewall,
• Troubleshooting skills,
• Aptitude for learning, understanding and conveying services to members
• Strong communication skills.
