Your Opportunity

As a Senior Web Developer for OrangeSprocket, you will concentrate on building and integrating innovative web sites, mobile solutions, web applications and user interfaces. You’ll work closely with with our team of designers and developers to ensure each project you create is a work of art and pixel perfect.
We take great pride to ensure the projects we work on exceed the expectations of our clients. We’re looking for detail-oriented, passionate, problem-solvers. You need to be a hands-on Web Developer with a natural curiosity to learn and lead. We’ll expect you to push yourself and those around you to improve upon what we create today and tomorrow.
Part of your role will be to keep abreast of emerging technologies and help us lead the way.

What You Bring to the Mix

- Extensive knowledge and experience hand-coding HTML 5, XHTML, CSS
- Javascript, jQuery, Ajax and W3C standards-compliant coding
- A server side scripting language such as PHP, MySQL, CMS (Expression Engine, Drupal, WordPress), ASP, JSP, Ruby and Python
- Public APIs such as Twitter, Flickr, Google maps and Facebook
- Several years of commercial development experience
- Experience working with mobile websites, designing GUIs and web applications
- It would be a bonus if you also happen to be a kick-ass web designer
