Software Quality Engineer in Kraków

Join our established Development Center in Krakow and become a member of our open minded, progressive and professional team. In this role you will be working on projects for one our world famous clients. Responsibilities:

 Under general supervision, debugs moderately complex software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products.
 Develops and executes software test plans.
 Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.
 Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
 Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
 Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.
 Design, code and execute automated test scripts.
 Conducts functional and test process consulting and coordinates testing groups.
 Documents and tracks product testing results.
 May conduct training on use of automated tools and processes.

Requirements:

 Basic knowledge of test methodologies
 Good problem solving
 Good analytical thinking
 Good JAVA (or other object oriented programming language) coding knowledge is a must
 Basic scripting languages knowledge (unix shell, python, perl or similar)
 Experience in test script automation
 Working experience with automated commercial and open source test tools is a plus
 Experience in GUI testing is a plus
 Agile development process methodology experience is a plus
