For our client – an international transport and logistics company, due to expansion on polish market we are currently seeking individuals for the position Customer Technology Solutions Specialist who will be responsible for implementation of computer systems for automatic order processing for our customers.

Main accountabilities:

The person on this position will be responsible for:
• Providing services and solutions to Customers;
• Performing in front of Customers;
• Supporting sale and business;
• Undertaking and participating in projects;
• Ensuring objectives are successfully achieved;
• Designing and developing new and innovative solutions;
• Deploying hardware and installing and configuring software;
• Responsible for a geographic territory in Poland and/or surrounding Eastern-European countries;

The ideal candidate for this position has:

• Fluency in Polish and excellent knowledge of English is a must;
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
• Excellent technical knowledge and p.c. skills;
• Good configuration skills with experience of configuring and setting up integrated systems
• Good networking skills with experience of developing a network of key contacts;
• Good presentation skills with the ability to structure and deliver an effective presentation in front of customers and higher management;
• Good customer relationship skills with experience of gaining co-operation and trust and experience of training customers;
• Driver´s license;
• Excellent self -organizational skills with experience of maintaining progress with multiple activities and achieving deadlines
